the Twin Cities. The big mechanized bakeries couldn¹t do the quality and the little boutique bakers couldn¹t
do the volume.

As a result in 1997 we opened
a locally owned and operated, state of the art wholesale bakery in
St. Paul. Here, at Oven Hearth,
automated equipment is used by dedicated craftsmen with over
220 years of baking experience
to produce the highest quality
baked goods.
